Regulatory Status
We are international property investment specialists. We source, structure and manage UK property investments. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not provide regulated financial advice. Property investments carry risk and past performance is not a guide to the future.
Financial Introductions
Where finance, mortgages or regulated financial products are required, we introduce clients to authorised firms, including firms within the wider UK Adviser Group. Any regulated advice, lending or financial service is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the authorised firm concerned. We are not responsible for the regulated activities of third parties.
Data Protection
We are committed to complying with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process personal data lawfully and securely, and only for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. Further details are available on request.
Anti-Money Laundering
As part of our commitment to preventing financial crime, we carry out anti-money laundering checks on investors and transactions as appropriate. This includes identity verification and, where relevant, checks on the source of funds and source of wealth. These checks are a normal part of the process and help protect all parties.
Tax Advice
We do not provide tax advice. Any references to tax efficiency, SPVs, reliefs or liabilities are general in nature and depend on your individual circumstances. You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified tax adviser before making any investment decision.
