Modern Slavery Statement
Our statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and the steps we take to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
Last updated: July 2026
Introduction
This statement is made by the UK Property Investment Group Ltd pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our own business and in our supply chains. Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour, and we take a zero-tolerance approach to it.
Our Business
The UK Property Investment Group Ltd is a UK-based property investment specialist, helping international investors source, structure, finance and manage UK property. We work with a range of professional partners including solicitors, surveyors, managing agents, lenders and construction-related providers.
Our Policies
We maintain policies and practices that reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. This includes our approach to recruitment, supplier engagement and the safeguarding of workers' rights. We do not knowingly work with any supplier or partner involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
Due Diligence
We take a risk-based approach to due diligence. When engaging suppliers and partners, particularly in property-related supply chains such as construction and facilities management, we consider the risk of modern slavery and seek to work with reputable, compliant businesses. We encourage our partners to uphold the same standards.
Our Supply Chain
Our direct supply chain is primarily made up of professional and corporate service providers based in the UK. Where property-related works or services are involved, we look to suppliers who demonstrate appropriate employment, health and safety, and ethical standards.
Training and Awareness
We promote awareness of modern slavery among our staff and those who work with us, so that risks can be identified and reported. We encourage a culture where concerns can be raised safely and are taken seriously.
Review
This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as appropriate. It reflects our ongoing commitment to improving our practices and to playing our part in tackling modern slavery.
